Winemaking

The Gamay grapes are hand-harvested and delivered to the winery at optimum ripeness. The grapes are destemmed, and the juice and skins undergo a cold soak for 48 hours to extract the desired phenolics. After this period, the skins are gently removed, and the rosé proceeds to undergo a cool fermentation until dry.

Tasting Notes

Pronounced aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and pink grapefruit with a hint of watermelon. The palate is fresh with continued notes of strawberry, cranberry, and citrus. This wine is well-balanced and food friendly.

Pair with summer salad, charcuterie, spot prawns.
