Lisa Janzen- Vineyard Manager

Lisa comes from a family of entrepreneurs and hospitality managers. Her father pioneered the customer service scene in the Okanagan, mentoring Lisa from a young age. Her knowledge and passion for food and wine stems from this. After a decade spent in the food and beverage industry Lisa decided to switch gears and return to school. She obtained her Diploma in Viticulture though Okanagan College in Penticton and joined the Spearhead team in 2013. Over the course of her career at Spearhead she has primarily led the vineyard team, though you may recognize her as she is active in harvest, wine club, and special events.
