2024 White Pinot Noir

Source
Grapes sourced from De Vries Vineyard located in southwest Washington State in the Yakima Valley.
Winemaking
The grapes underwent a gentle press with minimal skin contact, resulting in a wine with little color extraction. Fermentation took place in stainless steel at cool temperatures, not exceeding 10°C. To retain some genuine fruit sweetness, fermentation was stopped by refrigeration.
Tasting Notes
This White Pinot Noir is a unique and refreshing wine with a plush mid-palate. It offers aromas and flavors of lemon zest, tangerine, pink grapefruit, and a touch of stony minerality. The palate is balanced with delicate notes of white cherry, Asian pear, and orange blossom.
