Winemaking
Machine-harvested Pinot Noir grapes underwent a brief maceration on skins prior to pressing, allowing for the extraction of color and flavor. Fermentation took place in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve freshness and aromatics.
Tasting Notes
Smooth and elegant, this Rosé offers a vibrant bouquet of wild strawberry, raspberry, watermelon, and blood orange on the nose. The palate reveals flavors of pomegranate, rhubarb, grapefruit pith, and a touch of stony minerality.
