2024 Pinot Gris

Source
Grapes sourced from Roza Hills Vineyard located in southwest Washington State in the Yakima Valley.
Winemaking
The grapes were hand-harvested and underwent light skin contact at the press. 90% of the juice was fermented in stainless steel, while 10% was fermented in neutral oak barrels to enhance texture and complexity. Fermentation temperatures were kept cool to preserve the purity of fruit.
