Winemaking
The grapes are meticulously hand-harvested and then gently whole-bunch pressed. Fermentation occurs in a combination of traditional French oak barrels and larger puncheons by commercial yeasts. Afterward, the wine matures in barrels (25% new oak) for 10 months, with select barrels undergoing partial malolactic fermentation during this aging process.

Our 2023 Chardonnay opens with enticing aromas of apple and almond, complemented by subtle hints of biscuit and vanilla. On the palate, you'll discover vibrant lemon, baked apple, and creamy vanilla, creating a smooth, balanced finish.
Pair with a mild cheddar cheese, crab cakes, or carbonara pasta.
